Eat, Lift, Be Well

Eat, Lift, and Be Well will combine nutrition and strength training to help get you on track to improve your overall well-being. The goals are to improve nutrition, strength, and overall body composition. You will be meeting with a Registered Dietitian to review your nutrition and working with a personal trainer throughout each workout.
This class will take place every Tuesday from 10/26-10/18 from 5-5:45PM!
