documented

industrialization
of
the
Donbas,
a
region
that
has
lately
become
a
hot
spot
of
Russia’s
war
on
Ukraine.
Originally
from
Kharkiv,
Dr.
Kulikov
has
come
to
UT
Austin
on
an
emergency
program
for
scholars
displaced
by
this
war.
