Start the new semester off with a celebration. Stephanie Rice, a UH graduate who earned fame on “The Voice,” is the featured speaker and performer at this year’s First Lecture. Rice is known for her powerful performances, personal story of resilience and LGBTQ advocacy. Enjoy an inspirational speech and performances, with a meet-and-greet immediately following the event. Doors open at 10:30 a.m. Event starts at 11 a.m. RSVP by August 13.
