Once a month the UH Dining Culinary Team incorporates a new superfood into the menu for students and guests to enjoy. This month’s Superfood is Legumes!
Legumes are a plant source of protein, complex carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and fiber that can be incorporated into recipes that appeal to both vegetarians and meat eaters.
