Join us for a new webinar featuring Heather Kuhlken, a biologist and outdoor educator who inspires individuals and families to fall in love with nature and reap the benefits, ranging from better health to more resilient brains and stronger family connections. Through her nonprofit organization, Families in Nature, Heather has spent the past 12 years inspiring and teaching families how and why to spend more time in nature.

In this 45-minute floor and chair (the barre) and hand weight exercises. In this class you will participate in a fusion of ballet, pilates, yoga and strength training! Modifications provided to meet various fitness levels from beginner to advanced.
