Tea Tuesday provides students a chance to stop by UH Wellness to grab a free cup of tea and chat with other students. Typically there is a topic of the day and multiple teas to pick from. The UH Wellness Office is located within the Rec center.

Nora’s Home offers solid organ transplant patients and their families an affordable place to stay in the Texas Medical Center (TMC) where they can find support and share experiences with others, in the comfort of a home-like environment. Its guests often spend long days at clinic and miss meals — Sunflower Sacks help provide an easy snack for guests to bring with them to long clinic and enjoy! Decorate some bags, fill them with snacks, and we’ll drop them off at the home. All supplies will be provided and volunteers can come any time on Tuesday, 04/19 from 11-2 at Impact (located on the first floor of Student Center North behind the front desk)

Out At The Movies is a community event that allows you and your peers to dive into iconic LGBTQ+ movies and discuss them. This allows you to watch movies on your own time and meet up weekly to review and discuss. All movies are available for free on Kanopy. We want to promote connections and conversation.
