Downsizing through Movement is an eight-week program that uses a three-pronged approach to helping participants bring their body fat percentage to a healthy range by providing education, activity, and behavior change support. We pursue a healthy lifestyle by integrating in-depth knowledge, consistent exercise, proper nutrition, & healthy behavior into our lives. (Register by Jan 19.)
Women on Weights teaches women proper weight-lifting etiquette, technique, and routine. The goals are to assist women in improving posture, increasing strength and optimizing body composition. (Registration closes Jan 19).

AURA, in collaboration with author Brendan Stephans, presents “Haunted.” Through a unique hybrid of music and theatre, AURA depicts a short story by Stephen’s that explores a group of friends and their different responses to a shared experience. Featuring chamber music by Hernan Campa, Kyle Rivera, and others.
