Beginner Yoga with Nancy Sanger

class
is
held
at
a
gentle
pace
in
order
to
learn
the
foundational
poses
of
yoga.
Participants
will
learn
how
to
integrate
the
concepts
of
yoga
through
breathing
techniques,
postural
alignment
and
how
to
be
more
present
to
your
mind,
body
and
spirit.
