In this 60 minute interactive web based workshop, you will learn about the science and practical application of mindfulness. This evidence-based skills set that is available to all of us has been proven to: improve productivity, reduce blood pressure, improve sleep, decrease anxiety and depression, and improve immune function!
Our office hours provide an open space for you to relax, pray and/or receive pastoral counseling. All are welcome.
