The Fiscal Year 2022 Mandatory Training period will begin on Monday, October 4, 2021, and run until Friday, November 19, 2021. Per SAM policy 02.A.26, it is the responsibility of each System employee to complete annual mandatory training. This includes full and part-time faculty and staff, student workers, and temporary employees paid through the University’s payroll system.

MVP is volunteering at The Houston Food Bank, which is a non-profit organization that collects and distributes food to hunger relief charities. Food usually comes from various sources in the food industry, like grocery stores and wholesalers, that have thousands of pounds of food to give away – food that could otherwise be thrown away. As volunteers, we will be helping sort through food to be distributed into the community.
