In this webinar we will explore strategies to build a daily meditation practice. Along with interactive discussion and guided meditation opportunities, we will explore best practices to help you build a sustainable habit. Whether you have meditated before, you have fallen off your practice, or you are a long-term meditator, we hope you will join in for this interactive wellness event!

Guided Meditation with UH Wellness

Weekly virtual meditation sessions are open to all students, faculty, and staff and provide a space for ​emotional and mental development. Each session focuses on different aspect of living such as spiritual connection, life purpose and values, laughter and Joy, positive visualizations, compassion, connection and more.
