A benefit provided to UH employees, the Fitness Release Time & Wellness Leave Policy allows eligible employees 30 minutes, 3xs a week to exercise, and awards those who complete an online health assessment and receive a routine physical exam, 8 hours of Wellness Leave. Weekly virtual meditation sessions are open to all students, faculty, and staff and provide a space for emotional and mental development. Each session focuses on different aspect of living such as spiritual connection, life purpose and values, laughter and Joy, positive visualizations, compassion, connection and more.
