Training assists faculty, staff, and students in increasing their awareness of issues that Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender people face.
Weekly virtual meditation sessions are open to all students, faculty, and staff and provide a space for emotional and mental development. Each session focuses on different aspect of living such as spiritual connection, life purpose and values, laughter and Joy, positive visualizations, compassion, connection and more.
