Facade Panel C-C-EQU
General Description
These naturally cured fiber cement panels consist of fiber-reinforced cement stone that is dimensionally stable and weatherproof after it has been cured. The material consists of 40% portland cement 11% trass which is a grey or cream-colored fragmental rock that is largely composed of pumiceous (pyroclastic rock with numerous small cavities) dust, 5% cellulose, 30% microscopic air voids and 12% water. Synthetic fibers made from polyvinyl alcohol are used as fiber reinforcement. The panels are flame-resistant, UV resistant and have a color-fast surface. They are pest-resistant, weatherproof and frost-resistant, low-weight, permeable and moisture regulating. The facade panels are offered through-colored, color-lasered and with graffiti-protection. As roof-tiles they are available with a smooth or a structured surface, color-coated or in natural with an air cleaning effect. Color-coated or natural color corrugated panels are also available. The minimum size is 7.9 x 7.9 in (200 x 200 mm) and the maximum size is 122 x 59 in (3100 x 1500 mm). All versions have a building-authority approval and an environmental product declaration according to ISO 14025. Applications are for facade covering, roof covering, interior fittings, balcony panels and furniture construction.
