Houston, Jan. 20, 2017 — University of Houston Dining Services will offer Superfood Salads Feb. 6-10 in Cougar Woods Dining Hall to provide additional healthy options for customers.

Superfood Salads are hand-crafted menu options made with popular superfoods such as spinach, kale, blueberries and avocados. These superfoods are rich with nutrients necessary for health and well-being and have shown to be popular additions to many top-performing restaurants' menus.

Each day, Cougar Woods will serve a new Superfood Salad during lunch.

UH Dining encourages customers to take the Voice of Consumer survey to provide feedback on the superfood menu items. The survey results are automatically sent to the location manager's phone and will be used for future menu planning. Customers can take the Voice of Consumer survey by clicking here.

To view menus, visit UH Dining's website or their CampusDish app, available for download on iTunes and Google Play.
