Houston, Jan. 6, 2017 — Applications for both the Barnes & Noble Textbook Scholarship and UH Dining's Meal Plan Scholarship are now being accepted.

Set to apply toward expenses incurred during the upcoming 2017-2018 school year, each scholarship has its own unique eligibility requirements that can be found here.

Individuals awarded the meal plan scholarship will receive a meal plan for the fall and spring semester, while recipients of the Barnes & Noble Scholarship will get $400 each term to use toward textbooks at the UH Bookstore.

Instructions on how to apply are available online and applications will be accepted until Sunday, Feb. 19.

"We're thrilled our partners are working with us to once again offer these generous awards to our students," said Rosie Ashley, program director for Auxiliary Services. "These scholarships are just one way we work to promote and enhance students' experiences here at the University."
