Nearly 1,600 students lined up for a stack of pancakes and turkey sausage at the M.D. Anderson Library the night of Dec. 8.
The two-hour event, known as Finals Mania, takes place at the end of the fall and spring semesters to give students a much-needed break as they study for their final exams.
It kicked off with members of the UH marching band performing several songs from the second-floor balcony. After that, the serving began, with help from dozens of volunteers.
