2019-2020 Partial Permit Refunds
A partial credit will be reimbursed to all students who have a current valid UH parking permit to cover the period from March 16-May 31, 2020, when classes are not being held on campus.
Students DO NOT need to return their permit to receive the credit for the March 16-May 31 period. It will be given to them automatically. (Please note: Do return the permit if seeking a prorated refund for the summer months).

How will the Refund be Processed?Students who currently have a 2019-2020 parking permit will receive the partial refund, which will be automatically generated. Please note: Because of the stay at home order issued by Harris County in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, all of the refunds will be returned to student accounts, regardless of the original form of payment. How Long will it Take to Get the Refund?Please allow up to several weeks for the refund credit to be processed.
