Team Spotlight: Operations and Maintenance

By: Bob Browand

From operations and maintenance to customer service and administration, Parking and Transportation Services is made up of a lot of different groups of people that help keep the department going day in and day out.

I want to give my employees a chance to get the spotlight and credit they deserve for all the hard work they do every day, so once a month we’ll highlight one of the teams from within the department, so the campus community can get to know them a little better.

This month, the operations and maintenance team is taking center stage. Read on to learn a little more about the people who keep parking lots, shuttles, garage equipment and more in tip-top shape for campus faculty, staff, students and visitors.
