Looking for a great plate of barbecue with all the trimmings without leaving campus? Let the sizzling begin as UH Dining offers a Spring Fling Barbecue Bling lunch menu on Wednesday, April 8, at the Fresh Food Company in Moody Towers.

From jalapeño cornbread to barbecue pork sandwiches, there will be plenty of hearty meats and tasty treats to go around. Lunch hours are from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
