Students, faculty and staff at the Energy Research Park can now enjoy a delicious food truck meal every Wednesday. University of Houston Dining Services has expanded its lunch options at the ERP after occupants asked for more variety.

Last semester, UH Dining Services piloted a three-week program to analyze the need of additional meal options at ERP. As a result, the once-a-week program was implemented, with one food truck every Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The trucks will rotate on a schedule so that the same truck is not offered every week.

Patrons will be able to find the food truck parked behind ERP Building 7.

The ERP community can also continue to enjoy the offerings of the Cougar Xpress Market, which offers beverages, snacks and a daily soup.
