2360: Business Law
Cr. 3. (3-0). Prerequisite: ENGL 1304. General principles of law as they relate to the law of contracts, property, agency, corporations, bankruptcy, mortgages, torts, and the Uniform Commercial Code.

3343: Information Systems Analysis and Design (formerly OCTE 4343)
Cr. 3. (3-0). Corequisite: OCTE 3347 or consent of instructor. Development and evaluation of information systems with relation to efficiency and cost; case study approach.

3347: Principles of Information Management (formerly OCTE 4347)
Cr. 3. (3-0). Prerequisite: OCTE 2334 , corequisite ITEC 3340 or equivalent. Principles, applications, and administration of information systems.

3348: Applications of Expert Systems (formerly OCTE 4348)
Cr. 3. (3-0). Prerequisite: OCTE 2334. Expert systems concepts, characteristics, applications, and tools.

4371: Leading Change in the Workplace
Cr. 3. (3-0). Prerequisites: junior standing and ITEC 3340 or equivalent. Designed for students preparing to assume the role and duties of a leader or supervisor in an organization. How leadership and supervisory knowledge and skills have and will improve productivity and quality.
