Limited Services available due to COVID-19
We are here for YOU – in several ways! Our representatives are available by email, phone, or through virtual (video) appointment.
To continue mitigating the risk of COVID-19 and to practice social distancing, the Welcome Center will be open for pre-scheduled appointments via the Navigate app. Same day walk-in appointments are extremely limited. Guests are encouraged to schedule appointments ahead of time to secure the ability to meet with enrollment services advisor in person. Learn how to make an appointment here.

From admission to graduation, our Enrollment Services staff is here to help you navigate your student experience at the University of Houston! The following offices make up the services that are here to ensure student success. Students are able to access these offices in three ways – through the Welcome Center, our Enrollment Services Call Center, and virtual appointments.

The Welcome Center is currently accepting scheduled in-person appointments via the Navigate app as walk-in availability is significantly limited. Guests can make pre-scheduled appointments with Scholarships & Financial Aid, Student Business Services, and Office of the University Registrar. To learn more about how to use Navigate, visit here . Many of your Enrollment Services are all centrally located in the UH Welcome Center, at the corner of Calhoun Road and University Drive. Guests can access the location via the campus map.

9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday
Prefer to video chat to get your questions answered? Representatives from the Office of Admissions, Office of the University Registrar, Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid, and Student Business Services are available to meet virtually with students during normal business hours.
