A Security Appliance was shown to be the root cause.  Application handshakes were not being completed. The vendor has corrected the issue services have been restored at this time.

Email delivery issues are being reported across campus and include emails being sent from external to internal UH email address. This issue is currently being investigated. There is no ETR at this time.
