TSM admins continue to work on resolution of the incident. A ticket has been opened with the service vendor for resolution assistence. There is currenly no estimated time of resolution.

A server associated with TSM services is offline, resulting in TSM services being unavailable to customers. TSM admins have been notified and are investigating at this time. There is currently no ETR.
