There have been recent reports of UH students receiving job scam emails purporting to be from legitimate companies such as McKesson, Elkay Manufacturing and S. Martinelli & Company.  The scammers are using UH alias email addresses which are publically available on the UH directory web site to send job scam emails designed to trick students into applying for a job that requires them to provide personal information and potentially engage in criminal activity.  Please confirm all employers and representatives with the university career centers before corresponding via email or phone to avoid the job scammers.
