University of Houston students, alumni, faculty, staff and friends of the university can add some Cougar spirit to their holidays this year. The Houston Alumni Organization (HAO), once again, is offering UH-themed personalized holiday cards for purchase.

There are eight beautiful, glossy images to choose from, many of which were photographed on campus. The images range from a cougar in a snowy scene to a UH ornament on a twinkling tree to Shasta with Christmas and Hanukkah gifts.

The images can be mixed and matched into a box of 24 cards, or one image can be chosen for all 24 cards. A box costs $26.95. The inside of each card is can be personalized with greetings, closings, fonts and ink colors.

“The UH holiday cards are a truly unique offering – you can’t find this kind of thing anywhere else,” said Joy Wagman, HAO’s vice president of membership, marketing and communication. Much thought was put into creating images that would be popular with various types of Cougar faithful, Wagman added. Only a handful of universities around the country are offering similar university-themed holiday cards.
