Kenneth Short, who taught at the University of Houston School of Communication, died recently at Denver Health Medical Center. Short joined the UH faculty in 1987 and retired in May 2001.

A memorial service and interment were held at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Steamboat Springs, Colo. A memorial fund in honor of Short has been established at the church.
