The Graduate College of Social Work (GCSW) Student Association and the GCSW Alumni Association are encouraging Cougars to strut their tails Friday, Dec. 1, when the University of Houston football team faces the University of Southern Mississippi in the Conference USA Championship Game.

Cougars can buy the tails on the second floor of the GCSW or online at www.sw.uh.edu. They cost $6 a piece.

The cloth tails are a foot long, light brown in color and brightly decorated with four red paws, according to Ann Liberman, the college’s director of alumni relations. The tails can be placed on backpacks and vehicle antennas, she said.
