University of Houston faculty, staff and students can now tap
into an array of technical information thanks to enhanced services
made available through the Department of Information Technology
(IT).
IT is offering the UH community, at no cost, the resources of
Gartner, the world’s leading provider of research, analysis,
advice, and recommendations on technology-related topics and
issues.
The company’s online library allows the UH community
immediate access to statistical data and evaluations on current
and future technology trends and opportunities via reference
articles, white papers, charts and graphs.
Gartner’s services brings benefits to the UH community
such as a Web-based system that allows faculty, staff and students
to use their CougarNet user ID and password to access Gartner’s
services both on and off campus. Users also may download articles.
