of the candidates for SVC/SVP for Academic Affairs and Provost.
We are pleased to announce that the Search Committee has concluded
its deliberations and has recommended three individuals to Chancellor
Gogue for his consideration. The names are unranked and in the
order of their campus visits. They are:
Charles Johnson, Dean, College of Liberal
Arts, Texas A&M University
Gerardo Gonzalez, University Dean, School
of Education, Indiana University
Donald Foss, Dean, College of Arts and Sciences,
Florida State University
Please note that prior to the committee’s
final deliberations, Reed Dasenbrock, Dean, College of Arts
and Sciences, University of New Mexico, withdrew from the
search for personal reasons.
