For 24 years, Ramona Lyons was a familiar face at the University of Houston. Lyons, office assistant in University Printing and Postal Services, recently died after suffering a heart attack.

Lyons, who was described by co-workers as motivating and dedicated, attended UH Downtown. She is survived by sons Kendrick and Justin and daughter Diane and three grandchildren.

Those wishing to make contributions to Lyons’ family can do so through an account at Woodforest National Bank in the University Center. Donors should ask for either Darlene or Laura Mayfield, who will assist with making deposits into this account and provide receipts.
