Ms. Seals is Dallas, TX native and has served as a Student Leader during her time here at the University of Houston. This December she will be graduating with her Bachelors of Science in Teaching & Learning, as a generalist Early Childhood - 6th-grade focus.

Despite her busy academic course load and working at H.E.B, Hallie has always made time for her second job here at the CSE office. "I like to provide students with financial literacy and encourage them to become involved...I also enjoy lending a listening ear when students need to vent."
