UC POLICY BOARD
The UCPB assists in policy development, long-range planning and program and service enhancements for the UH community. Annual projects of the UCPB include review of the University Center and UC Satellite operating policies, reservations policies and procedures, and improvements/renovations to the facilities. Some of the most notable projects the UCPB members participated in over the past year include:
- Worked with the Campus-wide UH Food Services Selection Advisory Committee in selecting a new food service partner.
- Reviewed and approved the funding for the renovation of the UC Foundation.
- Reviewed and approved funding for the new Chili’s Too restaurant in the Lower Level of the University Center.
This year proves to be another exciting year for our department, and with the outstanding members and leaders of the UCPB on board, I am confident we will continue to provide the type of high-quality services, programs and facilities that the UH community can be proud of “where it all comes together”.
