Executive Overview

This course provides a basic introduction to the Lean Six Sigma methodology and helps leaders within an organization understand how this structured, problem-solving approach can help improve organizational performance. Discussions and activities included in this course focus on clarifying the structure and terminology used to support a Lean Six Sigma initiative, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement that can be addressed through Lean Six Sigma projects.
