Marketing/Public Relations: This committee is responsible for promoting and marketing SPB events and SPB as a whole. They are in contact with the University's students, faculty, staff, and all student organizations to ensure event attendance and keep the community aware of the efforts of SPB.

SPB VP of Membership Recruitment and Development
Responsible for an ongoing program of leadership development and training workshops for Student Program Board Committee Chairs and Committee Members. Primarily responsible for the entire recruitment campaign for the Student Program Board which includes all aspects of the preparation of publicity materials, advertising, brochures, press releases, and scheduling facilities for interviews, workshops and/or recruitment activities.

Cinema: This committee is responsible for bringing movie premiers to campus before they are released in theaters. |

Concerts: This committee is responsible for bringing famous acts, as well as local and regional acts to campus for a variety of musical perfomances. |

Responsible for the historical cataloging of all Student Program Board programs, events, retreats and miscellaneous gatherings. |

Novelty and Comedy: This committee is responsible for bringing events such as hilarious comedy shows, and novelties, such as, stuff-a-bear, wax hands, and much more! |

Special Events: This committee is responsible for programs that focus on one-time celebrations and events, such as, talent shows, and events that focus on a specific heritage. |

Trips & Tournaments: This committee is responsible for coordinating SPB sponsored trips for UH students to a variety of locations, including away athletic events, local museums, or city festivals. They also will work to create tournaments for the UH student population. |

UC Programs: This committee is responsible for working with the UC staff on new and traditional UC events such as Cougar Idol, Poetry Slam and College Bowl. |
