UH Fitness is committed to providing a variety of wellness services to help the Cougar community achieve their health and fitness goals. These services include both individualized programs and group fitness activities that specifically concentrate on improving both mind and body.

The individualized programs include personal training, Cougar Distance Challenge and fitness assessments. The group exercise programs include various group fitness classes such as yoga, martial arts, kickboxing, land and aqua aerobics, belly dancing, hip hop, and cycling
