Assistant or Associate Professor - Hotel & Restaurant Management - Two (2) Positions - Tenure-Track

The University of Houston is a major, public, comprehensive research university situated in the fourth largest city in the United States. The Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel & Restaurant Management is a leading hospitality and tourism program in the world. It is located in a world-class facility which contains extensive laboratory facilities, library, convention space and a hotel. Below are detailed descriptions of each position:

Assistant/Associate Professors – Must have a focused research area and have demonstrated the ability to publish in top-tier journals with sound methodology. A preference will be given to those candidates with a background in beverage management, accounting, event management, gaming, or club management. Candidates with a strong research background in other areas will be given consideration.

The College is seeking to identify successful candidates with strong research and teaching skills.
