Event Support

Work request must be submitted to Customer Service at least (3) days before the event.  Customer Service personnel process work requests within (24) hours and will e-mail customers their work request confirmation number during this time.  It is recommended calling Customer Service (3) days prior to the event to ensure work requests have been assigned.

Note: Fraternities/organizations paying by check or cash should deliver payment to Room 102, General Services Bldg.
