Written estimates for Recoverable Requests will be provided by a shop area supervisor. Once an estimate is approved by the department administrator, it should be returned to Customer Service at csc@central.uh.edu. Estimates are valid for 30 days only. After 30 days, a new estimate request must be submitted to Customer Service. Estimates include a charge based on time and material.
