Congratulations to Jesus “Jesse” Gonzalez of Utility Services who was recognized as Employee of the Month for July/August 2008.
Jesse first began working at the University of Houston 25 years ago. Today he serves as a foreman of mechanical maintenance. He was nominated to receive this award because “Jesse can always be counted on to respond to any request for campus after-hours or holiday HVAC emergencies and deal effectively with the problem.” In addition, his leadership qualities, exceptional dedication and job knowledge have significantly contributed to the high quality of campus building HVAC maintenance and operations. Jesse’s team feel fortunate to work with him and are excited that he received this honor.
