Beginning Friday, April 26 through Wednesday, May 8, there will be intermittent traffic lane closures along the west side of Cullen Boulevard between Wheeler Avenue and Cougar Place, in front of the Cougar Place Sophomore Housing Project.  The sidewalk will also be closed during this time. Pedestrians should use the sidewalk on the east side of Cullen Boulevard.  Please see the diagram below for affected areas.

SpawGlass Construction Corp. will be performing utility tie-ins to City of Houston water line and storm sewer located in the public right of way.  Construction activity includes removal of a section of sidewalk, boring, installation of a sanitary sewer line, and reconstruction of the sidewalk

Cougar Place Sophomore Housing site is located southeast of Robertson Stadium.  It is bounded by Cougar Place road to the northwest, Wheeler Street to the south and Cullen Boulevard to the east.
