Coming Soon: FAMIS Facility Work Order Self-Service and Training

Facilities Management is preparing for the work order self-service module to go live and is releasing training session schedules.

Individual training sessions for FM managers, auxiliary and key campus partners will be scheduled individually. In addition to this customized training, Facilities Management is offering four additional training sessions for departmental certifying signatures, which will highlight the new work order approval procedure. These sessions are planned for Friday, Feb. 22, 9 to 9:30 a.m. and 3:30 to 4 p.m., and March 1, 9 to 9:30 a.m. and 3:30 to 4 p.m.

The training will provide an overview of the much-anticipated, new self-service work order module. Resources include a reference video and supporting handouts. The self-service module will be made available to the campus community on Monday, Feb. 25.
