Exterior Construction Work Scheduled At Cemo Hall

Construction work on the exterior of Michael J. Cemo Hall (Building No. 544) will begin on Monday, Nov. 12, and continue through Jan. 13.

Efforts will be made to mitigate the impact and disruption the work will have on classes. Building entrances will be impacted, but access to and from the building will be maintained at all times, as will emergency exits.

The work will be done in three phases. The first is expected to be done by Nov. 30 and will involve the north elevation windows and the entrance to the north lobby.

The second phase is scheduled to begin Dec. 3 and be done by Dec. 21. It will involve the south elevation windows and the entrance to the south lobby. The final phase will begin Dec. 24 and be completed by Jan. 13. It will involve the lecture hall windows on the east side of the building.

See the drawing below for the affected areas.
