METRO has informed the University of Houston that METRO will permanently close access to parking lot 12A from Entrance 12 on Wheeler Avenue, just east of Scott Street, in early January.  Further, the University faces loss of all access points to parking lot 12A from Scott Street due to METRO construction and operations.
