UHCOP Makes Strong Presence at TSHP

Alumni and Faculty Members Among Presenters at TSHP 2014 Annual Seminar April 11-13 at Westin Galleria 

UH College of Pharmacy alumni and faculty members will be out in full force for the Texas Society of Health-System Pharmacists 2014 Annual Seminar Friday, April 11, through Sunday, April 13, at the Westin Galleria in Houston.

Seventeen UHCOP alumni and faculty members, along with several UHCOP preceptors, will be among the session presenters/panelists at the meeting (see below for list of UHCOP alumni and faculty session presenters). 

Alumni and friends also are invited to stop by the UHCOP Reception and enjoy free light refreshments from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Friday, April 11, in Plaza Room 2 of the Westin Galleria at 5060 W. Alabama, 77056.

In addition to the education/student sessions below, alumna Sarah Lake-Wallace, M.S., Pharm.D. ('00), clinical effectiveness director for Memorial Hermann Healthcare System and president of the TSHP Research & Education Foundation, will present her President's Report during the Opening Session 1:30-3:00 p.m. Friday, April 11, in Galleria I.
