Students and their families or other guests are encouraged to attend Orientation simultaneously.

Guest Registration

Students attending 2-day conferences must register their guests online when then they sign up for an Orientation conference. If a family member was left off the student's registration, the student may log back into the Orientation/Courseware portal and add them. The deadline for reservation changes is the Monday before the conference begins at 5:00 p.m. Central time.

Guest Fee

The Guest Fee is $20 per adult guest and will be added to the student's fee bill. This fee does not include housing, which should be reserved when your student registers online for his/her Orientation conference. For more information on housing, see My Visit.

Guests attending a 2-day Orientation have a special itinerary designed especially for families of new students.
