Enhancing the User Experience through Student Input and Involvement

The project recognizes the importance of involving student users of myUH in the enhancement process, which helps pinpoint areas in myUH where students have a less than smooth experience.  Initiatives include:

• Semi-annual to annual usability tests, where actual student users perform tasks within myUH to test ease of use
• Partnership with Student Program Board president to spread the word about our initiatives
• Public myUH project site (this site) as a window into the enhancement project
• myUH satisfaction survey kiosks around campus
• Online video tutorials
• Large-scale focus groups and informational sessions for receiving more student input on myUH
