Lync Training and Documentation
To help you master Lync, we have user guides, training videos, hands-on training and lecture-based sessions. Hands-on sessions last 2 hours and are offered on an ongoing basis during our migration to Lync. Our hands-on session is recommended to help get you started using unified communication tools. To request a special session for your department, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Lecture-based sessions are available by request.
Our training schedule is posted here every Thursday for the upcoming week.
No RSVP. First-come, first-served.
Located in Tech Commons room 58K in the basement on the backside of the MD Anderson Library, it is very easy to access. Do not enter the library's front entrance. You must go around to the University Center side (the back).
