To unsubscribe from a Mailing List, send email to listserv@listserv.uh.edu. Insert the following in the body of the message:

unsubscribe [list-name]

Where [list-name] is the name of the list from which you want to unsubscribe. Do not include the brackets.

The subject of the message is not important and can be left blank.

Send this message from the address that is subscribed to the list.
